With a porter, valet parking, 24/7 security and a dedicated concierge service, there are only a handful of buildings as luxurious as The Ritz Carlton Residences in DC. And This Week’s Find is illustrative of that level of luxury.

This 3,400 square-foot, four-bedroom is one of a just a few penthouses at the 160-unit West End development.
