This Week’s Find: A David Jameson Home Designed For a Collection

2765 Fort Scott Drive
Almost a year ago to the day, UrbanTurf covered a David Jameson-designed home in Maryland that was listed privately by the owner. Today, another home designed by the acclaimed DC-based architect is hitting the market in northern Virginia.

Living room
Designed for a couple with an extensive art collection, Jameson’s goal when he transformed the Arlington home in 2008 and 2009 was to create a place for every piece. A second story addition was constructed on the 1940s home, which is highlighted with large windows and long, open walls to exhibit the couple’s many works.
