Here are the ten neighborhoods where homes are selling the fastest this year:

Leading the way are AU Park, Logan Circle, Capitol Hill and Brookland, four neighborhoods where homes are selling faster in 2016 than last year. In Mount Pleasant, North Cleveland Park and Eckington, homes are selling a bit slower.
The biggest mover of 2016 is Brightwood. Last year around this time, homes in the NW neighborhood were selling on median in 32 days; this year, the median has dropped to twelve days. Three neighborhoods dropped out of the top ten this year: Adams Morgan, Bloomingdale and Kalorama.
