Today, UrbanTurf is taking another look at the DC zip codes where home prices have risen the most so far this year.

As was the case earlier in the year, the zip codes with the highest appreciation are located on both sides of the city.
The 20009 zip code (Adams Morgan, Logan Circle) continues to see the highest price appreciation thanks to an increase in prices for rowhomes, as well as larger condos selling this year compared to last. The 20032 zip code -- home to Congress Heights -- has seen prices rise 25%, thanks to larger homes selling.
The rest of the list includes 20008 and 20018, zip codes where home prices are up over 20%, and 20037 and 20010.
