Today, UrbanTurf takes a look at where homes are selling the quickest in DC in 2022. Unsurprisingly, there are many neighborhoods where homes are flying off the market.

Leading the way so far in 2022 is the upper NW DC neighborhood of Spring Valley where the median home price is $1.8 million. Despite the high prices, home are selling, on median, in just 24 hours. Next on the list are Burleith, Chevy Chase and the H Street Corridor where homes are selling in just under a week. Rounding out the fast-selling neighborhoods are American University Park, Michigan Park, Mount Pleasant and Capitol Hill.
Almost every neighborhood in the table above also has an average sales-to-original list price ratio in excess of 100% this year, which means that homes are not only selling fast, but at or above list price.
Editorial note: For inclusion in the table above, advertised subdivisions needed to have recorded at least five home sales so far in 2022.
