Stone Hill, an elegant 36-unit condominium on Capitol Hill, is now selling. Condos at Stone Hill include one bedrooms starting in the mid $300s and two bedrooms starting in the low $600s. The homes range in size from over 500 square feet to 1,600 square foot penthouses.

Additional finishes include Silestone quartz countertops, extensive LED lighting, under-cabinet lighting and Samsung stainless steel appliances, including full size front-loading washer and dryers.
Residences feature over-sized, energy efficient Pella windows throughout and more than half of the units include a balcony, while Stone Hill’s two penthouses boast 1,100-square-foot terraces with sweeping views of the city, the Washington Monument and the US Capitol. The building surrounds a landscaped courtyard that accentuates a modern facade.

Pecar Properties, in conjunction with Marcus Asset Group, designed Stone Hill with a particular focus on innovative in-home technology. Residents will have secure, controlled access to the building and their individual homes through a Butterfly MX system. All homes have keyless Samsung Ezon digital entry, will be pre-wired for fiber optics and include smart Nest Thermostats.
Stone Hill offers optional parking and storage spaces for purchase. Shared amenities include a rooftop terrace with a gas grill; an art-packed lobby; and beautifully landscaped courtyard.
