Sales have launched at a rare new Capitol Hill development located steps from Eastern Market.
Named after the neighboring historic Ebenezer Church, Ebenezer Row is a collection of eight duplex condominium residences and one luxurious townhome. Built from the ground up, the new residences have modern interiors, paired with exteriors that mimic the beautiful Victorian architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.

The Ebenezer Row condominiums include two residences each in four townhomes. Each home is two levels and includes two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. With south facing front exteriors and nine-foot ceilings throughout, each residence is filled with natural light.
Finishes include wide plank European oak floors, Jenn Air appliances, LED recessed lighting, quartz countertops and waterfall islands, and custom soft-close cabinetry by J Suss. Each new home also has a Ring video doorbell and a Nest programmable smart thermostat.

The home features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, with every bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom. It also has two sets of washers and dryers (one on the lower and one on an upper level), a lower-level wet bar, oversized closets, and a small landscaped front yard. The Ebenezer Row townhome is priced at $1.75M.
