1700 Euclid
Pre-sales at 1700 Euclid, a 19-unit brand new construction condominium project in Adams Morgan, started just last week, giving interested buyers a limited opportunity to have their pick of a variety of floor plans.
1700 Euclid Condominiums, from DC-based developer Capital City Real Estate, is located at 1700 Euclid Street NW in Adams Morgan one block south of Columbia Road and two blocks west of 16th Street (map). Unlike most new developments, no two units at 1700 Euclid are alike, so early buyers will have the chance to choose from a variety of unique floor plans. 1700 Euclid consists of four floors with a mix of one and two bedroom condos, including four penthouses.
The large two-bedroom penthouse units at 1700 Euclid sit on two levels, with a den and either two or two and a half bathrooms. Each unit also has its own large private rooftop terrace (ranging in size from 220 to 340 square feet), which offers amazing views and is great for entertaining. The remaining one- and two-bedroom condos range in size from 630 to just shy of 1,000 square feet, not including each unit’s outdoor patio or balcony space.
All homes at 1700 Euclid are well-lit with multiple exposures and have open floor plans with modern designer finishes. The professional-grade kitchens are open format and include white Italian marble countertops, custom cabinetry with a dark Espresso finish and energy-efficient stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms feature marble tile, custom vanities, and frameless glass showers. Units come standard with washer/dryers and are pre-wired for iPod docking stations and built-in sound systems.
1700 Euclid is located on a quiet street off Adams Morgan’s strip, close to everything but not on top of it. The building is a short walk from restaurants (Cashion’s Eat Place, Mintwood Place, and Perry’s), the coffee house Tryst, and Harris Teeter, the grocery store, is only two blocks away. It’s also close to Columbia Heights and the U Street Corridor, both on Metro’s Yellow and Green Lines.
With low condo fees and competitive pricing, the pre-sales allow buyers an early opportunity to choose the features, size, and price that suits their individual tastes. Buyers who go under contract before the drywall is complete have an opportunity to choose among three types of wood floors. Prices for penthouses are capped at $869,000, which includes a reserved, covered parking space. One bedroom and one-bathroom units start at $349,000, and assigned parking spaces can be purchased for an additional $30,000.
1700 Euclid offers all of the modern conveniences and benefits of a new construction building located in in one of DC’s favorite historic neighborhoods. Sales are exclusively by STAGES Premier, Realtors of Washington. If you are interested in learning more about 1700 Euclid, take a look at the project website or call the sales office at (202.618.4520).
