Rock and Roll Hotel Building Up For Sale, Asking $3 Million

On Sunday, Frozen Tropics reported that the building on H Street NE that houses Rock and Roll Hotel has been put up for sale. The asking price is $3 million.
Longtime Rock and Roll Hotel patrons need not worry that their favorite concert venue is on the verge of closing. From Frozen Tropics:
The business has a long lease, so this will not have any bearing on normal operations. The building has always had separate owners from the Hotel.
The address for the building is 1353 H Street NE (map).
