In Price Cutter this week, we highlight recent price reductions at a rehabbed three-bedroom Wardman in Petworth and a two-bedroom condo away from the Adams Morgan hustle and bustle.
Rehabbed Three-Bedroom Wardman in Petworth

We featured this three-bedroom Petworth home earlier this month, and like several other properties on the market in the neighborhood, the listing was a foreclosure that was purchased last year and then extensively rehabbed. The rear of the first level now has a small sun room that looks out onto a back deck and yard, and there is a similar room on the second level with a number of windows that offers the same view. The Wardman also has a two-car garage and a backyard that looks like it could be seeded to make a nice lawn. The original asking price was recently reduced by $10,000.

Two-Bedroom Away From Adams Morgan Hustle and Bustle

In late January, we featured this 1,060 square-foot two-bedroom unit at The Gramercy in Adams Morgan, and the listing price recently dropped by $9,000. There were a number of features that caught our eye with this unit including the long, wide living space, the 11-foot ceilings, the large master suite, and the private patio just off the living area. The reduced listing price also includes a garage parking space.

- Current Price: $579,000
