There are new images for a ten-story, 133-unit building in Mount Vernon Triangle that UrbanTurf has learned will deliver in the second quarter of next year.
The development, which received approval from the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) earlier this year, will be located at 1031 4th Street NW (map). The project, from Blue Skye Housing, Paramount Development and Ellisdale Construction, will have ground-floor retail as well as a roof deck.
