Pre-sales are wrapping up for the first townhomes at Brooks Estate, the newest luxury development in the heart of Old Town Alexandria.
Only two homes remain in the first phase (debuting at the end of February), with phase two coming in March. Brooks Estate is now offering incredible incentives, including $25,000 in closing cost assistance and free upgrade options for February and March contracts.
Brooks Estate is a collection of 13 sophisticated, four-bedroom and four-and-a-half bath residences that blend custom details, modern amenities and cutting-edge technology. All of the homes boast 2,600 to over 3,000 square feet of space, as well as rooftop terraces and two-car garages.
The homes at Brooks Estate provide an exceptional blend of contemporary, luxury living with traditional architectural details that reflect the Old Town neighborhood. Rooms have nine-foot ceilings, are connected by graceful arches and are adorned with traditional flourishes like crown moldings. Finishes include high-end custom cabinetry, eight-foot doors, and custom-built rift and quartered white oak oven hoods and island surrounds. The flooring—by Alexandria premier flooring company Arlandria Floors—is luxury engineered European white oak wide plank hardwood that is sanded and finished on site.
Cutting-edge details include smart wiring throughout the house, with Lutron WiFi light switches; garages fitted with WiFi and cameras, and that are EV ready; WiFi/Bluetooth unit entry-door locks; WiFi heated floors in the primary bath; sound-proof windows; and sound insulation in all bedrooms, bathrooms and mechanical rooms. The entire development is green certified.
While some of the features at Brooks Estate are flexible—including some homes that are elevator ready, and loft spaces that can be finished as bedrooms at no charge—all of the above features come standard.
Brooks Estate is ideally located just off of King Street, Old Town Alexandria’s main commercial artery. The development is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, a Whole Foods Market and other grocery stores. It’s also just two-and-a-half blocks from the King Street Metro Station.
Pricing for Brooks Estate starts at $2.4M and prospective buyers can now visit a finished model at 107 N West Street. For more information, floorplans and finishes, or to schedule a private tour of the model home, visit BrooksEstateOT.com. Prospective buyers can also contact agent Brett Rice at brett@homescafe.com and 703-929-3040. Brokers are warmly welcomed.
