In the Market? Here's How Much It'll Cost You in DC: Figure 1

This is the first installment of a three-part series that will give our readers an idea of how much it costs to buy in certain DC, Maryland and Virginia neighborhoods. In each of these articles, we will provide the median list price for properties, median price per square foot and the number of homes currently for sale. Today we look at DC neighborhoods where it seems like the deals are still in Petworth and Shaw, while Georgetown remains out of reach for most. (Statistics courtesy of Redfin.)
