"If I Had $4 Million" Listing: 11,000 Square-Foot Treehouse in Forest Hills: Figure 1

For this week’s If I Had $4 Million listing, we up the ante from luxury real estate to uber-luxury real estate. This 11,000 square-foot home sits overlooking Rock Creek Park in the Forest Hills neighborhood, an area known for large, contemporary homes. Designed by DC area architect Travis Price, the property is filled with windows and a number of large entertaining and living spaces, which means that the eventual owner should either have a large family or a love for entertaining. In addition to a great interior, the home also has quite a few outdoor areas, including a number of decks and balconies off the rooms. More details and photos below.
