For this week’s If I Had $4 Million listing, we up the ante from luxury real estate to uber-luxury real estate. This 11,000 square-foot home sits overlooking Rock Creek Park in the Forest Hills neighborhood, an area known for large, contemporary homes. Designed by DC area architect Travis Price, the property is filled with windows and a number of large entertaining and living spaces, which means that the eventual owner should either have a large family or a love for entertaining.
