Maybe we exaggerated a bit in the title for this home, but not by much. This week’s If I Had $1.5 Million listing is a three-bedroom Victorian home in Dupont Circle that was renovated two years ago. The home is fairly deep and the main floor has living areas on the front and the rear. The gem of the property is a large landscaped backyard that leads to a garage. The three bedrooms on the second floor are all relatively large, including a master bedroom with a fireplace. The lower level of the home is an in-law suite that could provide a good chunk of rental income for the eventual owner. What more could you want? More details and photos below.
