Constellation on H, a 28-unit luxury condominium that sits on an entire city block (map) of the H Street Corridor, will host its Grand Opening Celebration from 6-8PM on October 25th (additional details below).
Constellation on H features one- and two-bedroom condos, starting in the high $300s and low $600s, respectively. The property is almost 50 percent sold out and anticipates closing out before move-ins begin at the end of November. Constellation’s duplex penthouses, priced starting at $769,900, will also launch during the event.

Finishing touches—including herringbone wood floored hallways, a celestial lobby mosaic and sleek in-home fixtures—have been made to the new development and prospective buyers will be able to tour six second-floor units at the party, including a staged two-bedroom unit boasting two balconies.
As a triangular property, almost all of the homes are afforded at least one outdoor space, and the two-bedroom penthouse that will be launched on October 25th boasts two balconies and a 600-square-foot roof deck with views of the Capitol and the Washington Monument.

Beyond the white-speckled red brick exterior, residences range from a 660-square-foot one bedroom to a 1,774-square-foot dual-level penthouse, with elegant, industrial finishes including black stainless steel appliances and bronze fixtures—a sleek combination rarely seen in new DC condominiums. Residences also feature hardwood floors, full-sized washer/dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ceilings that reach as high as 20 feet. Constellation on H will also be home to 5,000 square feet of retail space, and property amenities include a lobby, package concierge, storage space and secure bike room.

The Constellation on H Grand Opening Celebration is open to those interested in the property for delicious food, featured cocktails and a live DJ.
