Georgetown Hotel That Is Partnering With Jose Andres Looks To Move Forward

The new Georgetown hotel that the Jose Andres Group is partnering on is looking to move forward.
Thor Equities recently submitted a permit review application to DC's Historic Preservation Review Board for the new luxury hotel at 3000 M Street NW (map), the site of the old Latham Hotel and an address where various iterations of a hotel have been in the works for years. In partnership with Thor Equities, Jose Andres will curate a number of food and beverage concepts at the hotel, which will also feature a private membership club, events space, a wellness center.
The Bazaar House by José Andrés, scheduled to open in 2027, will join a number of other new hotel concepts in the works in Georgetown, including:
