A new residential development is planned along Brookland's main throughfare.
Plans were recently filed with DC's Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) for a new 14-unit residential development at the site of a retail store at 3309 12th Street NE (map). The new three-story building will largely consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments.
