For this week’s Friday eye candy we enjoy a large condo in the West End Ritz-Carlton that just hit the market yesterday. Located at M and 23rd, its 2,800 square feet include a wall of windows in the large living room, custom built-ins in the living room and master bedroom, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, and two terraces. The $2M unit also comes with two parking spaces, though we’re not sure the buyer will need them with Ris downstairs and Trader Joe’s two blocks away — not to mention the new Whole Foods opening in a couple weeks.
