Friday Eye Candy: 2,800-Square-Foot Corner Unit at The Ritz: Figure 1

For this week’s Friday eye candy we enjoy a large condo in the West End Ritz-Carlton that just hit the market yesterday. Located at M and 23rd, its 2,800 square feet include a wall of windows in the large living room, custom built-ins in the living room and master bedroom, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, and two terraces. The $2M unit also comes with two parking spaces, though we’re not sure the buyer will need them with Ris downstairs and Trader Joe’s two blocks away — not to mention the new Whole Foods opening in a couple weeks.

Enjoy the photos below. Full listing: 1111 23rd St NW Unit 4A

Good to know there are still people who can afford places like these.

The interior design is pretty horrible. But looks like it has great potential.

WOW...Some one who can afford a 2 million condo but who has a a horrible furniture and decoration test. I think the person needs to hire some one who can help him in decorating before he put it on the market. Is that a cheap carpet in the bedroom?
