Aside from a farmhouse on Klingle Road that has been on the market for a little over six months, this recently-listed home on Brown Street is the lowest-priced three-bedroom home for sale in Mount Pleasant. And, on the subject of price, a nearly carbon copy of this week’s Deal of the Week sold a few blocks away in May for $40,000 more than this property is asking.
