This week’s Deal of the Week is a well-priced two-bedroom row house in Adams Morgan that we warn readers is a property for the patient buyer. The reason for the warning is that the home is a short sale, and as UrbanTurf readers know the short sale buying process can be long and cumbersome. In this case it may be worth it, though. The 1,066 square-foot property may need a new heat pump (and some clean up from what we understand from the listing agent), but it has a living room with exposed brick and a fireplace, a dining area that leads out to a multi-level brick patio and four skylights.
