Aside from being jealous of the person who eventually buys this house, we were having some trouble picking out things that might be wrong with this three-bedroom home in Mount Pleasant. Elevated from the street, the home has a nice front porch, a living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room and a kitchen with an enormous window that looks out to a back patio. The master bedroom is quite big and the smallest of the three bedrooms has a nice balcony off of it. We did find the one downside to the home: it has just 1.5 bathrooms. It seems that renovated homes in the new and improved H Street Corridor are hitting the market daily and this property is evidence of that trend.
