In this week’s edition of Best New Listings, we feature a spacious two-bedroom condo at The Matrix in Logan Circle, a one-bedroom with parking in Cleveland Park that was just renovated and a four-bedroom contemporary home in The Palisades.

This two-bedroom condo is located in The Matrix, a 40-unit boutique condo on 14th Street in Logan Circle just north of P Street. The development was designed by Eric Colbert whose projects include a number of other condos in the neighborhood and the recently opened Room & Board up the block. The unit has 1,050 square feet of interior space, a large master bedroom with a balcony, and a kitchen with the usual package of stainless appliances and “sleek” cabinetry. Just Renovated One-Bedroom in Cleveland Park with Parking


There are a number of one-bedrooms on the market in Cleveland Park, but this unit in the Ordway Gardens complex caught our eye for a number of reasons. The 740 square-foot condo is a bright unit with a large living room, a dining area off the kitchen and a bedroom with good closet space. Both the kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated just before the unit hit the market. The property has an in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C and heat, and the building is FHA-approved. Four-Bedroom Contemporary “Deal” in The Palisades


The price point for this four-bedroom home in The Palisades is a little high for Best New Listings, but it is an amazing contemporary home with a price per square foot that is well below the neighborhood average. Located on a private tree-lined drive off of MacArthur Boulevard, the home has a large family room with a fireplace and wet bar, an open dining room, a modern kitchen and four large bedrooms. The home also has a number of balconies and patio areas as well as a two-car garage. At $313 per square foot, it is about $230 less than the neighborhood average ($547).
