UrbanTurf’s favorite aspect of the listing is the master bedroom, which has a glass block wall and a balcony with a small seating area. While neither of the bedrooms are very large, there is also a den that could be used as a bedroom. The asking price includes a parking space behind the building.

While it needs some overall renovations and the eventual owner will want to install central A/C at some point, the listing near Walter Reed sits on a massive lot, has a very cool looking finished third floor, and there is a detached two-car garage. For the price, it is hard to find homes this large in DC.
