This Columbia Heights one-bedroom sits about a five-minute walk from the neighborhood Metro station, and given the location it is a fairly good deal for under $300,000. The 610 square-foot unit has had its floors refinished and there are two original fireplace mantels in the living room and bedroom. Also, the large bay window offers some cool views of the church across the street. While this two-bedroom will get knocked a bit for being on the ground level, the living area is very spacious and the 1,100 square feet are spread nicely throughout the unit.
