Announcing: “Pipeline” Now Has Apartments

A couple months ago UrbanTurf launched Pipeline, a database of residential projects that are planned or already under construction across the DC area. Pipeline initially had mostly condo projects, but today we're announcing the addition of rentals.

Pipeline is tracking 43 rental projects so far, which you can see below (click each to learn more about it). We'll continue updating the list as more projects are announced. We realize we may have missed a project here and there in this initial list, so feel free to let us know of any omissions at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
