A listing high above the Potomac in McLean carrying a lofty price tag has found a buyer.

Easter Hill, a property consisting of two lots and nearly four acres along McLean's Gold Coast, went under contract with contingencies at a list price of $15.999 million recently. Listing agent Mark Lowham of TTR Sotheby's did not immediately respond to comment about the transaction.

While there is a four-bedroom home on the land, the buyer is primarily paying top dollar for some of the best views of the Potomac in the region, and will likely build another home on the second lot.

"The site provides countless opportunities to create one of the region's finest estates," the listing description states. "The existing residence provides a reference point for the opportunity which this exceptional site presents."
