It’s rare to find a home for under $1 million in Georgetown these days, which may be why this home flew off the market so quickly and still climbed above its original asking price. The kitchen and dining room are on the second floor of the three-story house, and the master bedroom overlooks a courtyard. Extras include a wood-burning fireplace and a patio out back, but no parking. It sold for $46,000 above its original listing price of $779,000.
