Nearly $215,000 Premium in Mount Pleasant

This three-story rowhouse in Mount Pleasant has an interior restoration that shows off its original features, like rich wood trim throughout the main floor that complements the cabinetry in the kitchen. The kitchen also features an eat-in bump-out area with windows on three sides. The master bedroom boasts a wood-paneled pitched ceiling atop exposed brick walls, underpinned by architrave trim above the windows. Like many homes that hit the market in Mount Pleasant, this home carried a premium — it sold for about $215,000 above its original asking price.
