Kite House—one of DC’s best-selling condominiums, with seven homes selling in September alone—has an exciting new announcement that will invigorate city homebuyers navigating the current real estate market.
In an effort to make homeownership attainable for working families and individuals, there are direct down payment grants available to assist qualified home buyers to purchase condominiums at Kite House.

“DC is full of highly qualified renters who pay more in rent each month than they might otherwise pay to own their own home, but unfortunately, they don’t have the ability to pay their rent and save for their downpayment at the same time," Clint Mann, President of Urban Pace, said. "To overcome the challenge, Kite House was able to secure a grant to pilot a new No Down Payment Grant Program. This grant is only available at Kite House, and makes it possible for people in DC to realize their dreams of homeownership.”
In addition to down payment assistance, Kite House is currently offering interest rate buy downs* and new pricing. As mortgage rates start to fall—and The Parks celebrates both new residents and the opening of Whole Foods Market, Starbucks, nailsaloon, the Charmery, Livewell Animal Hospital, DC Popup and District Dogs—there has never been a better time to buy at this stylish luxury property.

Kite House is completely move-in ready and pricing now ranges from the high $300s to the $800s. The property still has a wide variety of floorplans available, including its final three-bedroom residence. Junior one bedrooms, one bedrooms, one bedroom and dens, two bedrooms, and two bedroom and dens are also on the market.
All of the homes at Kite House boast high-end Pella windows, Kohler fixtures and Bosch stainless-steel Energy Star appliances, and most also have either private terraces or balconies. Some also have work nooks incorporated into their floor plans.

Kite House is elevated by a host of top-notch amenities, including concierge services, a co-working space, a modern fitness center, and an indoor-outdoor lounge with a trellis, fire pit and grills overlooking the Marketplace Plaza. Parking is available for purchase, as is bike storage, and small and large storage units.
The Parks is located in the heart of upper Northwest DC, just east of Rock Creek Park and west of Takoma, DC. It includes 130,000 square feet of retail and arts spaces, anchored by a newly opened Whole Foods Market, and ample outdoor amenities including a dog park, playground, historic Great Lawn and Arts Plaza. The Parks’ campus also hosts a variety of outdoor concerts, fitness classes and community events.

Kite House has open houses on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 4pm. For more information about Kite House, visit the property online at KiteHouseDC.com or contact Kite House’s Urban Pace Sales Team by email at Kitehouse@urbanpace.com or by phone at 202.580.6014.
