A 75-Mile Skyscraper: The Details of What Would Be the World's Longest Building
Saudi Arabia has plans for the most ambitious building project ever conceived.
The Wall Street Journal reported this weekend that at the direction of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, urban planners have designed a two-building skyscraper project that would reach heights of 1,600 feet and run for 75 miles across the country. The crown prince conceived the Mirror Line development "to diversify the kingdom’s economy from its reliance on oil" per The Wall Street Journal.

Some of the details of Mirror Lane, which estimates say would take 50 years to build, are truly hard to believe. UrbanTurf highlights some of the more interesting details below:
