A $10,000 Incentive & the Final Chance to Buy at The Parks’ First Condominium Building
The Brooks—the first new condominium community at the former site of the Walter Reed campus and the location of DC's newest, soon-to-come Whole Foods Market—has just a few remaining residences on the market.
For its final sales closeout, The Brooks is offering a $10,000 incentive to be used to cover a rate buydown, closing costs or to pay the first year of condo fees.
The Brooks has sold out of its three-bedroom and two-bedroom and den residences, leaving a handful of one-, one- and den and two-bedroom residences on the market. Pricing for homes at The Brooks start at the mid $400,000s, and models of the remaining homes are available to tour by appointment.
The Parks is located in the heart of upper Northwest DC and will include 100,000 square feet of retail, including a new Whole Foods Market, restaurants and 20,000 square feet of creative and cultural space. The campus is now open, and the Great Lawn regularly hosts seasonal events so residents can take advantage of community yoga classes, happy hours, a farmers' market and more.
The Walter Reed campus is home to many historic buildings, and The Brooks was designed to fit in with that aesthetic—at least from the outside. The exterior has a traditional look, with a red brick façade and concrete casting, while the building’s interiors are entirely modern.
Features and fixtures in the new condos include hardwood floors, shaker style kitchen cabinetry, Bosch stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile backsplashes and Kohler faucets. The residences boast plenty of windows and natural light, and many feature balconies with views of over ten acres of landscaped green spaces including an Arts Plaza, dog park, Great Lawn and Officer’s Walk.
Residents of The Brooks enjoy a beautiful lobby and roof deck as well as one year of complimentary access to all of the amenities at The Vale apartments, including a fitness center, yoga studio, co-working space, pet spa and stunning saltwater pool with cabanas. Parking is available for purchase at The Brooks as well.
To make an appointment for a model tour of remaining homes at The Brooks, reach the Urban Pace sales team by phone at 202.315.5431 or by email at thebrooks@urbanpace.com.
