The lesser-known DC neighborhoods of Colonial Village and Kent, along with the Alexandria neighborhood of Del Ray, are just behind Glen Echo, with homes selling in five days.
There were five neighborhoods where listings sold on median in 6 days including: AU Park, Cabin John, Crestwood, Burleith, and Falls Church.
