40% of UrbanTurf Readers Would Consider Buying a Home Sight Unseen
A surprising number of you would consider making an offer on a home without even seeing the property.
Approximately 41 percent of UrbanTurf readers would submit an offer on a home without seeing it or at least consider making an offer sight unseen, based on how much they liked the property. A report out earlier this year from Redfin found that 63% of homebuyers that made an offer in the latter part of 2020 did so without seeing the home first.
Given how quickly the market is moving these days, perhaps the results of our poll shouldn't be that surprising.
