$26 Million Dupont Mansion Finds Buyer, Hotel Planned
15 Dupont Circle, the mansion that sits at the northeast corner of Dupont Circle, has been put under contract by a buyer who plans to turn it into a boutique hotel. The trophy property was the most expensive on the market in the city when it was listed in July.
