NoVa Agents Not Indicating a Property's Proximity to Metro
A property’s proximity to a Metro station is becoming more and more of a factor as people look for their new home. However, northern Virginia real estate agents are reportedly not trumping up this location amenity, according to area broker Jeff Royce. In a post on his blog Royce noted that many seller agents are failing to indicate in their listings how close the property is to public transit.
