This Week's Find: Capitol Hill Two-Bedroom in Former Church
For just over 100 years, St. Monica's, a church on Capitol Hill, served congregations of varying sizes and denominations until 2009 when its congregation merged with the church of St. James. The project has since been redeveloped into a nine-unit project, and a few of those residences recently hit the market.
