For this week's If I Had $1.5 Million listing we get a special sneak preview of FHA head honcho Dave Stevens' home before it hits the market. In July, Stevens assumed the role as the new FHA commissioner for HUD after serving for many years as the head of Long & Foster. We imagine this home is probably priced accurately.
