86 Affordable Apartments Planned Adjacent to DC's Strand Theater
The Warrenton Group filed plans Wednesday to construct an 86-unit mixed-use development on Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue NE -- a project that will also include the restoration of the historic Strand Theater.
