Zoning Commission Votes to Make Inclusionary Zoning More Inclusive
Last night, the Zoning Commission voted in favor of mandating that all new inclusionary zoning units be affordable, at minimum, to households earning up to 60 percent of the area median income rather than the current 80 percent threshold.
