Rosslyn

The JBG Companies plans two high-rise buildings with street level retail at the site of the former Orleans House restaurant on full block in Rosslyn. The southern building comprised primarily of 521k sq. ft. office space will rise 31 stories and 390 feet making it the tallest building in the area. The north building will be 30 floors with about 350 residential units and street level retail. The development plans to be LEED Gold certified and offer an observation deck at the 31st floor for one-of-a-kind views of Washington.
