EastBanc was selected by the DC government to redevelop the West End fire station at 23rd & M Streets into a new fire station with affordable housing above. The apartments would be rented to those earning between 30 - 60% of area median income and would exclude students. The average home size is expected to be approximately 800 sq. ft.
