Meridian at Mount Vernon Square is a new high-rise apartment building located across the street from CityVista. The project broke ground in the fall of 2010 after Pacific Life Insurance Co. provided $100 million in construction and permanent financing. Steuart Investment Co., which owned the land, partnered with Paradigm Development Co. on the project. The building was designed by Architects Collaborative Inc.
