Tysons Corner

New mixed-use, transit oriented project by The Georgelas Group at the site of new Tysons West Metro station. The development is intended to illustrate what new developments with high-rise construction could offer in Tysons. The project would include two 25-story high-rise residential buildings with about 400 units each along with additional office, hotel and retail offerings totaling 5 million sq. ft. at this 28-acre site. In March of 2012 Greystar purchased the first phase of residential and will be building "Ascent".
