McLean based developer Kettler is constructing an 18-story apartment building across the street from CostCo near Pentagon City. This will be Kettler's third and final building it is developing in the 10-building project with Vornado Realty Trust developing the remainder. The first two buildings were The Grammercy and The Millennium. The 18-story building will rise 202 feet and have 502 garage parking spaces. 16,350 sq. ft. of street level retail will front 12th & Fern Streets and the building will feature a green roof.
