Comstock Partners broke ground in the April 2011 on the first phase of Loudoun Station (BLVD | Loudoun Station), which includes 357 apartments and 62,000 sq. ft. of retail. Upon completion, Loudoun Station will boast more than 1 million sq. ft. of office space, more than 300,000 sq. ft. of restaurants, shops and retailers, a 200-room hotel and 1,500 residences adjacent to the final stop of the Metro extension past Dulles Airport.
