CityMarket at O (condo)

Located north of downtown, CityMarket at O will be a 1 million-square foot urban infill project that will include over 87,000 sq. ft. of retail, 629 residential units, and 500 parking spaces. Constructed in 1881, the O Street Market was one of several public markets that served Washingtonians during the 19th Century. A new 71,000 sq. ft. Giant will replace an existing Giant and will be the primary retail focus of the development. The new Giant will open in late summer 2013 with the 182-room Cambria Suites hotel and 400 units of market rate rental housing soon to follow. Completing the project, the 84-unit affordable senior housing building and 145-unit condominium will be delivered in fall 2014.
