Merrifield

First phase of additional mixed-use development at the Merrifield Metro adding 242 apartments and 25,000 sq. ft. of retail to complement the existing Halstead at the Metro condominiums. Developed by DSF Group out of Boston, phase 1 broke ground in March of 2010. DSF received financing for phase 2 of Halstead Square in April 2011 from PNC Bank & Federal Capital Partners. In total Halstead Square will add 50,000 sq. ft. of retail, 854 residential units, and a 150-room Kimpton Hotel.
