Developed by Erkiletian, The Tellus an high-rise apartment building proposed for the Executive Building site, at 2009 14th Street North. The project will be a 16-story, 254-unit apartment building with 8,127 sq. ft. of office space and 4,354 sq. ft. of retail, and 2,527 sq. ft. of office or retail. A three-level garage will have 273 spaces, with a 1/2-acre plaza above. The project will seek LEED Gold certification.
