This mixed-use project is planned for the former Taco Bell and Dr. Dremo sites at 2000 Wilson Boulevard. Standing seven stories, the project will have 154 residential units and 30,000 square feet of first floor retail space. The County Board approved a site plan amendment for this project in December of 2009, bringing the number of units from 141 to 154 and reducing the amount of retail space. The project has been called 2000 Wilson Blvd. and Washington View. The project required a General Land Use Plan amendment and underwent an extensive rezoning process. The rooftop pool and garden are expected to offer views of the Washington Monument and Washington Cathedral.
